- We are seeking a Senior Copy & Communications Manager to craft all copy, messaging, and strategic communications for our brand. This role will oversee email marketing, social media, website copy, product descriptions, press releases, paid media, event collateral, and more.
- The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller and strategic thinker, capable of conceptualizing marketing campaigns, supporting PR and influencer initiatives, and guiding social media strategy for major marketing moments. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, impeccable writing skills, and the ability to maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across all channels.
- Communications
- Create compelling content for press releases, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Assist in preparing presentations for major marketing moments and collaborations.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to create business opportunities and support partnerships.
- Copy & Messaging
- Own all brand copy across channels: email marketing, website, social media, paid media, press releases, product descriptions, event collateral, and store signage.
- Support editorial calendar planning, storytelling, and campaign narrative development.
- Ensure brand voice is consistent while tailoring content to resonate with each audience and platform.
- Public Relations (PR)
- Develop creative consumer campaigns to increase brand visibility and media coverage.
- Write, edit, and proof press materials, media pitches, fact sheets, and media lists.
- Collaborate with PR and influencer teams to shape strategic messaging for outreach efforts.
- Social Media
- Conceptualize storytelling and campaign strategies across social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Write captions and copy for social media assets.
- Work closely with social team to develop engaging campaigns aligned with brand messaging.
- Own and maintain LinkedIn content, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, communications, or marketing, preferably in a brand-focused environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proven experience developing marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and social media strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with email marketing, website content management, paid media, and social media platforms.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
