Your next career opportunity As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the University of Melbourne's professional education portfolio. You'll leverage your strategic thinking and networking skills to cultivate new partnerships, drive revenue growth, and create innovative education solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Market Engagement: Develop and execute business development strategies, identifying emerging trends and new opportunities. High-Level Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across various sectors. Revenue and Growth Leadership: Drive revenue growth through strategic pipeline development and innovative education programs. Commercial Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead complex negotiations, managing risk and optimising outcomes in collaboration with legal and finance teams. You may be a great fit if: You are a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in business development within the education sector, adept at building relationships and driving revenue growth. You may also: Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust quickly. Have experience in managing complex negotiations and commercial agreements. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth and impactful partnerships. Be skilled in strategic thinking and opportunity assessment, delivering client-focused solutions.
