We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who can own the architecture and implementation of our next-generation backend systems. You’ll work at the heart of our enterprise-grade SaaS platform, reimagining how professionals leverage AI for productivity, relationship management, and creative workflows. Our platform combines: - A nonlinear prompting canvas - A human-in-the-loop relationship manager - An intelligent, personalized dashboard You will collaborate closely with product design and engineering to translate prototypes into scalable, secure, and modular services, while setting technical direction for the backend stack. Responsibilities - Own backend architecture, implementation, and API design. - Build scalable, secure, and modular microservices. - Lead integrations with AI models, CRM APIs, and real-time messaging tools. - Collaborate with team members to ship fast. - Uphold enterprise-grade security, testing, and compliance standards. Requirements - 7+ years backend development (Node.js, Python, or Go). - Proven experience with OpenAI integration. - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases. - Knowledge of real-time communication tools (Twilio, SendGrid) and CRM APIs (HubSpot, FollowUpBoss, KVCore, etc.). - Experience with enterprise SaaS security (SOC-2, JWT/OAuth, compliance). - Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms (Render, Vercel, or similar). - Strong collaboration skills with product designers and cross-functional teams. Tech Stack: - FastAPI for backend services - Redis Caching for low-latency personalized results - PostgreSQL for structured storage of history and user profiles Nice to Have - Background in real estate technology (MLS integrations, property data). - Familiarity with AI model integration (LLMs, embeddings, personality profiling APIs). - Previous startup or early-stage SaaS experience.
