We are hiring an advanced AI native visual creator to help us scale the creative identity of PawClub, a premium pet brand. This role is not for beginners, hobby prompt users, or generalists. We want a creator who lives and breathes AI visual storytelling and can build a polished, lovable, imaginative visual world centered on pets, families, and lifestyle. --- About PawClub PawClub designs premium pet essentials and lifestyle gear that help pets feel comfortable, confident, and deeply connected to their owners. Our brand identity is warm, modern, playful, visually cohesive, and rooted in celebrating the bond between pets and the humans who love them. We are growing fast and need a dedicated AI visual specialist to elevate our storytelling across all digital platforms. --- THE ROLE (High Expectations, High Creativity) You will transform ideas into fully executed AI images and videos that feel premium, emotionally engaging, pet friendly, and brand safe. AI Image Generation Pets in motion, including play, training, and natural lifestyle moments Pet and owner lifestyle scenes Clean product close ups and hero shots Character and mascot development inspired by pets Strong visual consistency across campaigns AI Video Creation For: Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta Paid Ads, website banners, product pages, and brand storytelling You will produce: AI generated video loops Brand story clips Launch videos Motion snippets and character animations Post Production and Creative Systems Cleanup, grading, and compositing Light motion graphics and text overlays Multi format cropping Building reusable templates for scalable production Documenting workflows for internal use --- TOOLSTACK AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS You should be fluent with modern GenAI tools such as: Midjourney v6, Midjourney v6.1, Niji, DALL·E 4, Ideogram, Runway Gen 2, Pika Labs, Sora (if available), Kling, Magnus, Luma Dream Machine, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion XL, SD3 workflows, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, CapCut Pro, Figma, Photoshop, and Lightroom. You must be able to explain: Which tools you use Why you choose them How you move from prompt to iteration to polished, brand ready output --- ABOUT YOU We are only considering creators who meet most of the following: Required At least one year of deep, hands on AI image and video creation Background in visual design, motion design, content creation, or art direction Exceptional understanding of composition, lighting, color, texture, and character consistency Ability to create pet centered, family friendly, and inclusive visuals Ability to turn rough ideas into multiple strong visual directions quickly Organized, fast, responsive, and reliable Comfortable collaborating directly with founders and iterating quickly Nice to Have Experience with DTC pet brands or lifestyle brands Experience producing for paid social and performance creative Skills in simple 3D work, character rigging, or hybrid live action and AI content Background in pet content, animal care, or animal photography --- HOW TO APPLY (Incomplete Applications Will Be Ignored) Please include all of the following: 1.
