Our client is a fast-growing, U.S.-based recruitment and staffing agency specializing in connecting top global talent with leading companies. They are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, expand revenue opportunities, and drive outbound growth strategies. This role blends strategic account leadership with hands-on business development—ideal for a high-energy professional who thrives in fast-moving, results-oriented environments and excels at influencing decision-makers. You’ll own your accounts, shape sales strategy, and partner with leadership to deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- Lead and execute strategic plans to grow and retain assigned client accounts.
- Identify and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting).
- Develop and document account SOPs, performance metrics, and best practices to ensure consistent execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to align candidate delivery with client hiring needs.
- Manage contract renewals and upsell additional services to maximize account value.
- Track and forecast account performance in the CRM (Zoho preferred) to maintain 95%+ data accuracy.
- Coach and mentor junior account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent the agency in client presentations, negotiations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success roles with measurable revenue impact.
- Proven track record managing U.S.-based clients and navigating U.S. business communication norms.
- Documented success booking 10+ qualified meetings/month through outbound prospecting.
- CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred) with strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and thrive in a remote EST-aligned schedule.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or headhunting agencies.
- Familiarity with hiring workflows, job briefs, and recruitment performance metrics.
- Direct experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced search strategies.
