I need a dependable assistant that I can give goals and they work towards them... without me holding a hand, without overthinking. I can't babysit. Your work will be related to different marketing/creative freelance gigs I do plus growing my overall business related to that. Super part-time, must be super flexible... ideally on east coast time, but even better if you're 24/7 (my tasks aren't at typical times and I get clients requesting things randomly a lot). Your tasks can include things like research, emails, sales, posting ads, scouting, interviewing. Every admin task is on the table, no exceptions... I don't need a specialist, I need a generalist willing to be versatile. Anticipating 1-2 hours per day at least, but more can be needed at any time, especially now.
