• Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Unarmed Security Rover with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an openings at our Monroe, NJ location.
• Schedule: Open

The ideal candidate would be responsible for

• Meeting/Greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and tours of the building and scan pre-determined points as directed by management
• Notifying supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
• Inspecting the building and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues
• Maintaining a high visibility presence to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Carefully preparing reports as required for site.
• Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
• Assisting management with any request for residents in the building
• Resolving complaints from residents/guests as necessary
• Properly communicating with lead concierge and Management.
• Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable.
• Requirements
• Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and conduct foot patrol and fix post
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
• Must pass comprehensive background check
• Ability to work weekend and non-traditional holidays
