Job Description
Performs various secretarial duties involving typing, preparation of correspondence, handling of telephone calls and scheduling appointments, filing forms additional related duties.
Job Responsibility
- Types general correspondence, reports, records, letters, memoranda, special projects and meeting minutes.
- Distributes reports and correspondence; files, copies and processes forms related to department.
- Assists in scheduling meetings for the department.
- Performs receptionist duties.
- Orders supplies using the hospital ordering methods.
- Performs related duties, as required.
- ADA Essential Functions
Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of one (1) year prior clerical experience, required.
- Working knowledge of PC applications, required.
- Typing 55 wpm, required.
