  • Job DescriptionWe’re looking for SDR Sales Coach to join Procore’s Sales Development department. In this role, you’ll serve as a performance catalyst for our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. The primary goal of this role is essential to "flattening the bell curve" - elevating average performance while accelerating the development of our emerging sales talent. As an SDR Sales Coach, you’ll partner with Sales Development leadership and the SDR team to implement our proven Diagnostic Motion coaching methodology to drive measurable improvements in discovery quality, conversion rates, and overall SDR effectiveness. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. What you’ll do:Implement Procore's proven Diagnostic Motion coaching methodology to enhance SDR performance and effectiveness.Provide individualized and group coaching sessions focused on improving discovery quality, objection handling, and conversion rates.Analyze SDR performance data and behavioral metrics to identify coaching opportunities and tailor development strategies.Deliver engaging and comprehensive training on Procore products, construction industry insights, sales methodologies, and internal tools, serving as a subject matter expert and accountability partner for SDRs to effectively utilize resources.Assist in new hire training programs and ensure smooth integration into Procore's sales methodology and technology stack, supporting overall onboarding excellence.Collaborate closely with Sales Development leadership to align coaching initiatives with overall team goals and revenue objectives.Champion a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing across the SDR organization, fostering high performance and team collaboration.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the measurable impact and return on investment of coaching interventions. What we’re looking for:5+ years of experience in a high-performing software sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment, including 2+ years as an Account Executive or senior SDR with demonstrated prospecting and discovery expertise.2+ years of experience in a dedicated sales coaching, training, or enablement role, with proven coaching/mentorship experience and demonstrated expertise in sales coaching methodologies that include developing others' sales skills through call coaching and practice sessions.Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets (100%+ quota achievement) as an individual contributor, coupled with a deep understanding of SaaS sales metrics and performance optimization.Proficiency across a modern sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Deep knowledge and mastery of sales methodologies, specifically in discovery techniques, objection handling, value proposition development, and consultative selling approaches.Exceptional coaching excellence, demonstrated by the ability to provide constructive feedback, facilitate impactful role-plays, and create development plans that drive measurable behavioral change.Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex performance data, identify key trends, and implement targeted improvement strategies effectively.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to groups, facilitate engaging training sessions, and effectively communicate insights.Additional InformationBase Pay Range $33/Hr - $46/Hr. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $98,400 - $135,300.
