Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented content creator to produce clear, structured training materials for SmartLearn, our AI-enabled micro-learning platform for nurses and healthcare teams. Responsibilities: • Record high-quality screen-capture videos following provided step-by-step workflows • Create a second version using static screenshots for slide/PDF modules • Organize all output into a well-structured folder system (videos, images, annotations) • Add labels, highlights, and callouts to enhance clarity • Make suggestions or take initiative to improve instructional flow and accuracy Hours: Part-Time (8 hours/week) Work Setup: Remote Employment Type: Part-Time / Any Recommended Tools: Loom, Camtasia, OBS Studio, ScreenFlow, Snagit, CleanShot X, Canva, Google Drive / Dropbox Soft Skills • Strong attention to detail • Takes initiative and suggests improvements • Clear communication and reliable workflow delivery
