The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Operations Consultant supports our Purpose by managing the operations of Source-To-Pay (S2P) systems, process, and policies within SCM. As a part of the Center of Excellence (COE) Team, this role executes system and process strategies across SCM as well as acts as a liaison on issues related to S2P for the SCM, Finance, and Technology Departments. Responsibilities Communicate and promote SCM goals and initiatives through extensive relationship development Partners with Finance and Technology Team members, on behalf of the SCM Business, to develop strategic technology solutions and process improvements to advance Source-To-Pay capabilities Create content and conduct training to help lead to the resolution of Customer Service source-to-pay issues by explaining logic, processes, and procedures Develop strategies and lead enterprise or cross-functional projects, including staging activities and timelines, with an understanding of the implications of the Source-To-Pay system functionality Develop mitigation responses and strategies to address project risks Develop presentations and comprehensive project reports to relevant Stakeholders to promote the value of system changes and gain Customers buy-in Drive change management to increase purchase order spend and minimize non-PO activity Identify and implement Source-To-Pay initiatives or projects that reduce costs, promote efficiencies, and improve Customer value Maintain continuous awareness of Company-wide initiatives impacting the operations of Supply Chain Management, SAP ERP, and related systems Actively engaged in industry, process or technology trends. Stays informed about current Source-To-Pay system developments and the impact to SCM May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of the business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources Knowledge of S2P Enterprise systems and third party application development platforms with integrations or dependencies on both existing and planned SCM systems, policies and procedures to automate business solutions Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods including alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Skilled in identifying complex problems; Performs root cause and impact analysis; Creates and presents recommendations; and Implements comprehensive solutions Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field Experience Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in: Procurement, strategic sourcing, analytics and enterprise systems administration Leading large scale enterprise projects Working Cross-functionally to inform Leadership decisions and implement process improvements effectively Analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, and testing of SAP P2P modules Integration or dependency management with SAP Ariba Procurement Solutions, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounting Preferred: Understanding of Source-To-Pay and the Accounting Lifecycle Preferred: Experience in PMP, CAP, or Equivalent experience Preferred: Administrative experience with Coupa Preferred: Experience with the manipulation and visualization of data in Alteryx or Tableau Preferred: Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting Licensing/Certification N/A Physical Abilities Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job Other Qualifications Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information Travel: Less than 10% Pay & Benefits Competitive market salary from $105,550 per year to $117,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
