• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | School-Based Role

We’re looking for a School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our partner school district and help shape inclusive, student-centered learning environments.

• In this role, you’ll conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and use data-driven insights to refine supports. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families to build systems that align behavioral growth with academic goals. Your work will go beyond individual student needs—you’ll also influence school-wide practices, offering coaching and professional development that empowers educators to apply evidence-based behavioral strategies in the classroom.

• Requirements
• To be considered, candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred, along with a strong foundation in ABA principles and positive behavior supports. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a dynamic educational setting.
