Primarily responsible for assuring all procedures are followed in achieving the highest level of productivity in the most cost-efficient manner possible while still maintaining customer specifications. Direct and lead a team of employees ensuring compliance with all food safety programs and enforcing Farmer Focus policies. Responsible for employees’ performance development safety and work schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Enter data using keyboard, ability to operate production equipment as well as office equipment (i.e. Fax machine, copier, 10 key-calculator, scale, computer, email). · Accurate completion of paperwork with neatness and timeliness · Ability to read and understand English in order to be able to identify items on paperwork. · Conducts self with high professionalism with supervisors and associates and can clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing. · Ability to analyze and calculate data using basic math skills. (i.e. subtraction, addition, multiplication, division) · Must have the availability to work assigned hours including overtime and some weekends required. · Additional Duties and Responsibilities · Perform other duties as assigned. · High School diploma preferred. · Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, with regards to time as well as resources.
