Consulting through Candor Group ,serve our international B2B client. 11 + month contract. Mid November 2025 through September 2026. Remote work primarily in the East Coast time zone. This position requires strong planning, scheduling and execution capabilities as our business relies heavily on our ability to be assertive, creative, and transparent. The Project Management Office is a value-added service that is easy to engage and reliable in delivery. This position requires someone with Strong listening skills with the ability to return clear understanding orally or written. There is an emphasis to have the capability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve business outcomes through project delivery. The position requires that the Project Manager uses the current PMO tools and processes to ensure quality of project status and reporting as required on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis. Requires frequent interaction and communication with the Business Process Management team for resource prioritization, scheduling and execution. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end SAP test management lifecycle for a large-scale integration program supporting 500+ business users across multiple functions • Define and implement the testing strategy, methodology, and governance model, ensuring full alignment with project timelines • Collaborate with the project and tool administration teams to ensure Panaya is configured according to defined standards and best practices for test cycles, user roles, workflows, and defect management structure. • Establish a structured process for test script collection, validation, and maintenance, working with functional SMEs and business process owners to ensure complete coverage • Define roles, responsibilities, and RACI for all stakeholders involved in testing — including testers, business test leads, test coordinators, business leads, and defect managers. • Drive test execution governance — tracking progress, identifying blockers, facilitating daily triage, and escalating issues proactively. • Lead defect management strategy — defining how defects will be logged, triaged, prioritized, and tracked in Panaya; ensure clear ownership and timely closure. • Create and maintain testing KPIs, dashboards, and reports to provide clear visibility of test execution status, coverage, and defect trends to leadership. • Partner with IT, business, and PMO teams to ensure test environments, data readiness, and integrations are aligned with test cycles. • Provide onboarding to project teams and business users on test management methodology, training on tool usage, and best practices. Preferred Background • SAP Test Management experience in large-scale ERP or integration programs with over 500+ testers • Strong understanding of test strategy, execution governance, and defect lifecycle management in complex ERP landscapes. • Experience defining test management frameworks using Panaya, Tricentis qTest, HP ALM, or similar tools. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and leadership. We use KeyedIn projects for Portfolio Management in which we will train. • Experience and knowledge of business processes and applications regarding EDW is a plus for these positions.
