We are using Salesforce as our CRM and would like to automate the following tasks. Create opportunities automatically from google calendars, including setting up new accounts and contacts by looking at meetings Log customer meetings from calendar (i.e. that the meeting happened and the individuals who attended are properly logged in the CRM) Bonus - an easy way to log the notes from the AI notetaker directly into Salesforce. Often they are captured by Gemini in the Google calendar invite. Automatically log emails (both sent and received) within Salesforce including attaching them to the correct opportunities (we want to view emails sent and received as they relate to a specific opportunity). We use Gmail Create opportunities, accounts, and contacts within/from Slack. Integrate Slack conversations and tie them to specific opportunities within Salesforce Note - we are open to using 3rd party tools. We are specifically seeking someone who has startup experience. This is a one time project. If you are a qualified Salesforce admin, we may have additional work in setting up and maintaining our system. However, our primary goals are the above items.
