Salesforce FSL Consultant & Developer Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant and Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and functional expertise, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce FSL solutions. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, developing custom functionalities, and ensuring the FSL platform is optimized for our field service operations. This is a crucial role for our team, helping us to streamline our service delivery and provide an exceptional experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities • Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions, including configuration, custom development, and integration with other systems. • Technical Development: Develop and customize Salesforce FSL components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Consulting & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into a technical design for the FSL platform. • Integration: Architect and build integrations between Salesforce FSL and other platforms, such as ERP or third-party scheduling systems. • Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing FSL solutions, ensuring system health and user adoption. • Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices for development, security, and data integrity. • Documentation: Create and maintain technical design documents, user guides, and training materials. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 3-10 years of professional experience with Salesforce, including at least 2 years specifically with Salesforce Field Service Lightning. • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • FSL Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the FSL data model, managed package configurations, and functionalities such as scheduling, dispatching, and mobile app setup. • Data Management: Experience with Salesforce data management, including data loaders, import wizards, and SOQL/SOSL. • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant. • Experience with Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile team. • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. • Knowledge of Field Service business processes.
