Description: I’m looking for an experienced Salesforce developer/consultant to help reorganize and streamline our Salesforce setup for better marketing and sales visibility. Our goals are to: • Reorganize our existing Salesforce database so that leads, accounts, and opportunities are cleanly structured and easily tracked. • Implement or improve lead tracking workflows so we can clearly measure conversions from landing pages to closed clients. • Create and integrate custom web forms for landing pages that feed directly into Salesforce (using native forms, Web-to-Lead, or integrations such as Zapier, HubSpot, or custom APIs). • Develop custom reports and dashboards that visualize lead flow and conversion metrics. • Provide recommendations for list management and segmentation to support email marketing and retargeting efforts. Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation (Process Builder, Flow, Apex). • Familiar with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (or similar tools). • Ability to audit and reorganize an existing Salesforce instance for cleaner data and more intuitive workflows. • Strong understanding of lead funnels, CRM best practices, and integrations with web forms or Google Ads landing pages. • Bonus: experience with HIPAA compliance or healthcare industry CRM data. Deliverables: • Clean and organized Salesforce database structure. • Automated and visible lead-to-client conversion tracking. • Functional web-to-lead form templates. • Dashboards and reports for ongoing visibility. Project Type: One-time setup and optimization, with potential for ongoing maintenance.
