We’re moving our outbound appointment-setting company into Salesforce and need an expert who can build a clean, scalable system quickly then continue working with us long-term as we grow. This is NOT a basic CRM setup. This is a BDR/AE production engine that handles: high-volume outbound calling automated drips client handoffs proposals + billing and multi-channel communication inside Salesforce. If you understand sales workflows and love building real systems, you’ll be a great fit. 💥 Immediate Project: Finish Initial Build-Out in 2–3 Weeks We already have: Salesforce licenses ConnectAndSell integration team Our own team handling Pipedrive data migration All campaign logic + workflows defined You will be responsible for building the Salesforce ecosystem around it. 🎯 Scope of Work 1. Custom Lead/Opportunity Architecture Custom fields for BDR + AE workflows Campaign tagging for multiple outbound pipelines Clean lead layouts for fast calling + updating BDR → AE → Client handoff logic 2. SMS + Calling Tool Integration Recommend and integrate the best Salesforce-native texting/calling tool (Salesmsg, FastCall, PhoneIQ, Natterbox, etc.) Must include: Auto-logging of SMS + calls Text templates Click-to-call Trigger-based enrollment into drips 3. Automated Drip Campaigns For each vertical: Email sequences SMS sequences Trigger enrollment based on BDR dispositions Set up conditional pauses for booked meetings 4. Meeting Booking + Client Handoff Automations When a BDR books a meeting: Auto-send intro email to the client Attach lead info + BDR notes + call recording link Log meeting internally Trigger reminders + follow-up tasks 5. AE Prospecting & Enrichment Flow For the Account Executive: Lusha enrichment inside Salesforce Sales Navigator → Salesforce mapping 1-click “Add to SFDC + enrich + create follow-up” workflow Integrate calling/texting for automatic activity logging Build email drip options 6. Zoom + Calendar Integration Embedded meeting booking Auto-generated Zoom links Meeting logged with tasks/reminders 7. Proposal + Contract Automation We sell packages (e.g., 25 appointments × 6 months × $250). You’ll build: Pricing calculator Auto-generated proposals (PDF) E-sign workflow (DocuSign or PandaDoc) Contract → auto-generate invoice Invoice → sync to QuickBooks 8. QuickBooks Integration Automatic invoice creation Payment status sync Revenue + performance reporting 🕒 Timeline & Availability We need the initial build completed within the next 2–3 weeks.
