Role: Sales Specialist Hours: Flexible, part-time Location: Remote Compensation: Fixed payment per successful client onboarded About Us: We operate a B2B LinkedIn outreach service and are expanding our team. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Specialist who can use their own LinkedIn account to engage prospects, book calls, and enroll new clients into our service. All fulfillment is handled by our internal team — your focus is outreach and closing. What You’ll Do: Use your own LinkedIn profile to send outbound messages (we provide templates and ICP). Engage prospects and move them to a booked Zoom/phone call. Conduct short discovery/sales calls using our script. Enroll clients into our service. Track conversations and outcomes. We Provide: Full messaging templates Target lists & ICP Sales script + training Clear compensation per client onboarded Smooth handoff to our delivery team Requirements: Strong written and spoken English A clean, professional LinkedIn profile Some sales or customer-facing experience (preferred) Reliability and consistent communication Ability to handle 10–30 LinkedIn messages per day Compensation: You will receive a fixed payment for each new client you successfully bring onboard.
