We’re looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Representative to join our team and close deals on scheduled Zoom calls with business owners. You’ll be speaking with companies already interested in our services — no cold calling required. Your primary goal is to convert these warm leads into paying clients by clearly communicating our value, handling objections, and closing deals on the first call whenever possible. What You’ll Be Doing: Host scheduled Zoom calls with qualified leads (10–15 per week, with potential to grow). Present Perstrive’s marketing services confidently and clearly. Overcome objections and push for one-call closes. Collect payment during the call and send agreements/onboarding surveys afterward. Follow up with prospects who don’t close on the first call. What We Offer: Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential. Current sales reps close 3–7 deals per week and earn strong commissions. Opportunities to grow with the company as we expand into new markets. Ongoing training, scripts, and support — we provide the tools, you bring the drive. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in closing high-ticket service sales (marketing, SaaS, or similar). Excellent communication skills and confidence on video calls. Ability to follow a proven process and deliver results. Strong closer mentality — hungry to earn and driven by performance. Compensation: Commission-based — top closers are earning $250+ per deal, with potential for additional monthly retention bonuses.
