Our client, a dynamic organization in the sales industry, is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources support team, focusing on sourcing and hiring top sales talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong analytical abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Recruiter

Location:Remote

Pay Range: $35-48hr

What's the Job?

• Conduct conversations and ask questions to identify candidates meeting employer qualifications
• Review employment applications, work history, education, training, and skills
• Record relevant candidate data, including abilities, interests, and test results
• Match applicants with job requirements using manual or computerized search methods
• Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment process

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in sales roles
• Experience recruiting for higher-level, consultative sales positions
• Strong ability to assess personalities and recruiting skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience recruiting 6-8 candidates per month is preferred
