Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Email Outreach Manager to lead and manage outbound email campaigns with proven track record, handle cold outreach, build prospect lists, and follow up with potential leads. You’ll play a key role in our outbound department.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in email outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales.
- Strong understanding of cold outreach strategy and best practices (e.g. personalization, deliverability, A/B testing, Loom outreach)
- Proficiency with outreach tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, or similar.
- Excellent written communication skills — clear, persuasive, and professional tone.
- Ability to build and manage prospect lists using scraping tools, LinkedIn, or databases.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret outreach performance data (open rates, reply rates, conversions).
- Strong organizational skills — able to handle multiple outreach campaigns and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ideal customer profile (ICP) development and market research.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRMs or managing outreach tracking in tools like Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets and Slack.
Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or SaaS outreach.
- Understanding of email warm-up tools and sender reputation.
- Copywriting experience for subject lines and outbound messaging.
- Familiarity with cold outreach compliance laws (like CAN-SPAM or GDPR).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in cold email outreach platforms like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Mailshake.
- Experienced with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Skilled in building, cleaning, and verifying prospect lists using tools like NeverBounce, Bouncer, Million verifier, or manual methods.
- Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets) to track outreach and manage pipelines.
- Comfortable infront of camera for Loom Email Outreach
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices (warm-up, domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation).
- Capable of analyzing and optimizing outreach campaigns based on open rate, reply rate, and conversion rate.
- Familiar with cold DM strategies on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (optional but a plus).
- Basic knowledge of copywriting and A/B testing to improve message performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and manage cold email outreach campaigns from start to finish.
- Create and maintain high-quality prospect lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria.
- Write, test, and optimize outreach copy (subject lines, emails, follow-ups) to maximize open and reply rates.
- Use tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or Lemlist to automate and manage outreach workflows.
- Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and continuously optimize performance.
- Ensure email deliverability through proper domain setup, warm-up practices, and inbox hygiene.
- Track and organize leads using Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, or CRM tools.
- Conduct market and lead research to identify new opportunities and verticals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, or operations teams to ensure qualified lead generation and seamless hand-offs.
- Stay up to date on cold outreach best practices, trends, and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- follow up with prospects and setting up Sales Calls.
