The Role: Sales Manager / Quality Control Closer (Hybrid)

You’ll serve as both a sales leader and field closer, helping improve team performance while also recovering no-sales and increasing average job size through smart upsells.

This is not only a desk job — you’ll be in the field, on installs, working with reps, and jumping in when a deal needs to be saved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of in-home sales reps
• Re-engage unsold leads with a fresh approach and close deals
• Conduct install-day quality visits and offer add-on upsells
• Hold weekly sales accountability meetings and training sessions
• Monitor CRM activity, quote quality, and close rates
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy and lead allocation

Ideal Candidate

• Confident, persuasive, and performance-driven
• Proven track record in in-home sales (remodeling, solar, HVAC, etc.)
• Ready to lead by example and hold others accountable
• Skilled in coaching, training, and closing
• Comfortable being in the field 70% of the time
• CRM-savvy and organized with follow-up systems

Pay: $89,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
