We work with educational institutions and organizations to deliver impactful career exposure opportunities for their students.

Role Overview

As a Partnership Development Executive, you will be responsible for initiating and building B2B partnerships with educational institutions and agencies. Each successful partnership could result in groups of 50+ students enrolling into our programs — generating a lucrative and recurring commission stream for you.

What You'll Do:

Identify and pitch Rivare Consulting’s career development programs to universities, colleges, career services, and other education bodies across the USA, UK & Europe

  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Maintain relationships and act as the point of contact for partnered institutions
  • Work remotely and autonomously while reporting to the founder
  • Target 2–5 partnership deals per month with strong long-term earning potential

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in B2B sales or partnership development, especially in education, edtech, or training services

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, commission-driven role
  • Based in the USA with understanding of US education landscape

Commission & Earnings:

10% commission per candidate from your partnership deals

  • Each candidate can yield $100–$150 USD, recurring automatically per participant
  • Each signed partnership typically sends groups of 50+ students
