INTRO..... We’re hiring experienced Sales Enablement Coordinators (SECs) to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. You’ll help keep deals moving by managing Salesforce data, preparing client contracts in DocuSign, and supporting our Sales Directors and Account Management teams with flawless execution and communication. We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinators (SECs) to join our growing Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. This role supports our nationwide sales organization by managing Salesforce data integrity, coordinating client contracts, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales reps, and internal operations. You’ll be part of the backbone that keeps deals moving — helping our Sales Directors and Account Management teams stay organized, responsive, and focused on driving revenue growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...... CRM & Data Management (Salesforce) - Maintain, update, and audit opportunities, accounts, and contact records across multiple markets. - Progress opportunities through each pipeline stage, logging notes, next steps, and financial details. - Create and update proposals, record contract milestones, and close out stale opportunities weekly. - Support data migration, accuracy, and reconciliation projects between Salesforce and related tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable). Contract & Document Coordination - Draft and edit job scopes and client contracts in DocuSign for review by sales leadership. - Manage DocuSign workflows — sending for e-signature, tracking client responses, and ensuring all contracts are fully executed. - Validate contract execution (signed and countersigned) before triggering post-contract processes. Client & Sales Team Communication - Monitor and respond to inbound client and agent emails across multiple regional inboxes. - Provide clear, professional, and timely communication with clients, agents, and partners. - Escalate urgent client issues, disputes, or exceptions to sales leadership or operations. - Set up and confirm client walkthroughs, ensuring all details are captured in Salesforce. Revenue & Finance Support - Track outstanding payments and assist with follow-up communications. - Maintain visibility of all active and pending job scopes, ensuring revenue accuracy by market and by rep. - Support weekly sales review meetings by preparing pipeline summaries, client updates, and financial trackers. Cross-Team Collaboration - Partner closely with Sales Directors and Account Managers to ensure data and deliverables stay aligned. - Coordinate with design, operations, and logistics teams to communicate project milestones and client requirements. - Participate in regular RevOps and enablement syncs to share process feedback and continuous improvement ideas. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS..... - 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services. - 3+ years of heavy Salesforce CRM experience (data entry, reporting, opportunity management). - 2+ years of DocuSign experience, including workflow setup, tracking, and follow-up. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and follow-through. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment with multiple concurrent priorities. - Familiarity with proposal, contract, and invoicing workflows. - Ability to work independently while collaborating across distributed teams. - Background in SaaS, technology services, or real estate industries is a big plus.
