As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales engine—generating high-quality leads and setting the stage for client growth. Position Overview As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by: Identifying and qualifying leads Driving event registrations Setting up qualified appointments for the sales team Your primary focus will be outbound prospecting and pipeline development, directly contributing to sales targets and overall company growth. Key Responsibilities Generate and Qualify Leads – Prospect via cold calls, emails, and social outreach; qualify against our ICP. Event Registrations – Promote and secure 20–100 registrations per month for webinars, briefings, and events. Appointments – Book 10–50 First-Time Appointments (FTAs) per month, ensuring they are qualified for discovery. Relationship Building – Maintain proactive communication with prospects across multiple channels. Follow-Up – Consistently follow up with prospects to ensure engagement and conversion. Collaboration – Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Reporting – Accurately track activities, KPIs, and progress within the CRM system. KPI reporting is non-negotiable. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead generation (MSP/IT/tech industry preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage prospects effectively. Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales and cold calling. Fast learner, adaptable, and passionate about growth. Familiarity with IT services and cybersecurity (a plus, not required). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Compensation Base Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month (depending on experience) On-Target Earnings (OTE): $4,000 – $6,000/month with performance-based incentives Why Work with Us?
