Job Description: We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive customer acquisition in the US enterprise space. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation, excellent communication skills with accent neutralization, and prior experience working in similar environments. This role requires dedication, resilience, and a passion for engaging with high-level decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reach out to enterprise customers in the US via cold calling and other lead generation activities. 2. Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate product/service benefits. 3. Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive conversions. 4. Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets. 5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems. 6. Adapt to US or UK working hours to align with customer availability. 7. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve outreach strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. 4–10+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles. 2. Prior experience in cold calling enterprise-level customers, preferably in the US. 3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to neutralize accents and speak clearly. 4. Comfortable engaging with senior executives and handling objections. 5. Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet targets. 6. Prior experience in roles requiring US/UK customer interaction. 7. Must be willing to work US or UK time zones. Preferred Qualifications: 1.
