I’m looking for someone who really understands how sales, customer experience, design, and automation all work together. You’ll take a close look at my current website and lead flow to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and where we can tighten things up to get more people engaging, converting, and sticking around. This role is part strategy, part creative, and part systems thinking. I want someone who can look at the full picture — how people find us, how they interact with us, and how we can keep improving that experience from the first click all the way through to the final deal. What You’ll Do Review my current website and sales funnel to find friction points or missed opportunities. Map out the customer journey and suggest where we should follow up, nurture, and re-engage leads. Build or recommend strategies for email marketing, lead follow-up, and remarketing (manual or automated). Suggest ways to improve copy, layout, and design to make the site more persuasive and easy to use. Find smart ways to use AI and automation to handle things like responses, scheduling, or quoting. Outline a simple, effective communication flow for new leads coming through the site. Give clear, actionable recommendations to improve how we turn leads into paying clients. What I’m Looking For Strong grasp of sales psychology, email marketing, and user experience. Proven track record improving conversions or customer engagement for service-based businesses. Confident analyzing websites and making both copy and design recommendations. Experience building or improving automated workflows (email, SMS, CRM, etc.). Familiar with tools like Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Twilio, Front Excellent written English and clear communication skills. Bonus Points If You Have Experience in automotive, real estate, or other high-ticket sales industries. Hands-on experience using or designing with AI tools to improve customer interactions. A good sense of how to connect design, automation, and sales into one cohesive experience. Deliverables A short written or recorded audit of my website and funnel. A prioritized plan showing what to fix, improve, and automate for the biggest return. Optional: simple mockups, flowcharts, or examples showing how you’d improve the customer experience.
