Key Responsibilities

• - Follow up with customers via phone, text, video and social media to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• - Assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their needs and financial considerations
• - Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
• - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
• - Represent the company professionally both in person and through digital communication channels

Skills and Qualifications

• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Motivated, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• - Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools
• - Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment

• Requirements

• - Previous sales experience preferred
