Job Description: Closer / Sales Professional (Sports Investing Platform) We’re building Pick Beast Sports (PBS) — a premium sports investing brand scaling aggressively in 2025. We sell access passes (daily, weekly, monthly) to subscribers who want consistent, data-driven plays. We’re expanding fast and need a MASTER closer — a true BEAST on the dance floor — who can convert warm leads and influencers into paying partners. What we’re looking for: • A proven closer with high-ticket closing experience (not just telemarketing). • Confidence in cold calling & outbound sales — you can take a conversation from “Who are you?” to “Where do I sign?” • Strong direct sales & business development skills — this role is about revenue, not just conversations. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with influencers (10k–100k following range) and sell the PBS affiliate offer (50% first-month cut). • A motivated, self-starter attitude — we need someone who thrives when it’s time to perform under pressure and close deals. Compensation Structure (Hybrid): • $10–$15/hr base (guaranteed). • + 5–10% commission on every closed deal. • With our pricing ($29.99/day, $99/week, $199/month), closers can realistically earn well above $20/hr effective rate once commission kicks in.
