Sales Associate – Peru (Remote + Market Visits) Compensation: USD $350/month (base salary) Industry: Wholesale Fabrics & Textiles Location: Peru (local market coverage required) About Us We are a global textile manufacturer specializing in woven and knit functional fabrics for sportswear, outdoor, and fashion markets. With established production in China and Cambodia, we work directly with wholesalers, importers, and large garment manufacturers worldwide. We are now seeking a Sales Associate in Peru to support local outreach, client onboarding, and relationship management. This is a long-term role with structured daily responsibilities and direct reporting to our international sales team. 🔑 Primary Responsibilities A. Wholesale Fabric Market Outreach Research and identify wholesale/import clients using online directories, trade shows, and local referrals. Conduct in-person visits to shops, markets, and warehouses to introduce our fabrics. Collect essential business info (owner, contact, address, sourcing methods, fabric needs). B. Client Onboarding & Liaison Attend scheduled appointments and represent the company on-site. Gather detailed client requirements (fabric specs, finishes, MOQ, pricing). Create and manage WhatsApp groups for each client lead with visit summaries & photos. C. Local Relationship Building Maintain professional communication with clients. Visit key accounts regularly to build trust and long-term cooperation. Report on local market trends, demand shifts, and new opportunities. D. Daily Call Assignments (Provided by HQ) Make up to 20–30 professional calls per day to clients/leads provided by management. Follow up on past inquiries, warm prospects, and re-engagement opportunities. Log each call in the Daily Report (status, updates, or follow-up notes). Initiate WhatsApp groups with leads when appropriate. 📋 Reporting Requirements Submit a Daily Report summarizing: Market visits and client interactions. All assigned calls (with outcomes). Pending leads and follow-up notes. Reports are due daily and reviewed by management. ✅ Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with both cold market visits and professional client calls. Organized and detail-oriented with reliable reporting habits. Previous experience in sales, textiles, or import/export preferred (not required). Must have a smartphone with WhatsApp for daily communication.
