About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Onboarding & Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll guide new clients through onboarding, ensure smooth product adoption, and drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities • Lead customer onboarding from setup to go-live, ensuring a seamless experience. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships. • Develop and deliver training sessions, resources, and best practices to help customers get value quickly. • Monitor client health, proactively address challenges, and drive adoption of new features. • Partner with Product and Support teams to surface feedback and improve the customer journey. • Track success metrics and own customer renewals, retention, and satisfaction goals. Qualifications • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in SaaS, onboarding, or managing customer lifecycles preferred. • Passion for helping clients succeed and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
