The Sales Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to Sales & Market Development leaders, supporting National Accounts, Specialty Accounts, and Mass Channel customers. This role is instrumental in leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) efforts, developing Customer Account Plans, and driving weekly forecasting accuracy. The analyst will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) teams, and Creative Operations to execute go-to-market strategies and measure program success across brands including Fox Racing, CamelBak, Bell Helmets, Giro Sport Design, and Blackburn. This role works onsite at our Irvine, CA, location. As a Sales Analyst, you will have an opportunity to influence: Joint Business Planning & Account Strategy Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans with key National and Mass Channel accounts. Collaborate with Key Account Managers to build and maintain strategic Customer Account Plans. Analyze customer performance, promotional effectiveness, and category trends to inform planning. Forecasting & Integrated Business Planning Own weekly forecasting intervals for National and Mass accounts, ensuring alignment with IBP teams. Monitor and report on forecast accuracy, sell-in/sell-through trends, and inventory health. Partner with Demand Planning to support seasonal planning, product launches, and replenishment strategies. Sales & Market Development Support Deliver actionable insights to Sales & Market Development leaders to optimize account performance. Support pricing, promotional planning, and trade investment analysis. Track and report on KPIs tied to revenue, margin, and program execution. Creative Operations & GTM Execution Collaborate with Creative Operations to ensure timely execution of go-to-market strategies. Measure success of marketing and merchandising programs across National and Mass channels. Provide feedback loops to improve future campaign planning and execution. Experience with successfully managing the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Forecast accuracy (weekly, monthly, seasonal) JBP and Account Plan completion and effectiveness Sell-through performance by account and category Program ROI and promotional lift On-time execution of GTM initiatives Cross-functional collaboration effectiveness (Sales x IBP x Creative Ops) You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field 3–5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Account Planning, or Sales Operations Experience supporting National Accounts or Mass Channel retail preferred Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Experience with forecasting tools and IBP processes Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills A passion for consumer brands and retail strategy #LI-KR1 Pay Range: Annual Salary: $77,000.00 - $89,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
