• Sales Associate - Wireless Retail

Key Responsibilities

• - Assist customers by answering questions, providing product information, and recommending suitable wireless solutions based on individual needs
• - Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping environment
• - Demonstrate and explain features of wireless devices and accessories
• - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and industry trends
• - Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked
• - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
• - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• - Support store merchandising and inventory management activities

Skills and Qualifications

• - Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or technology sectors
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• - Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly
• - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS

• Base Salary Range $14.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
