Overview We are seeking an experienced SaaS developer or small agency to finish and launch Nova AI — an executive & operations automation platform for salons, spas, and medspas. The base framework is already built in Vibe Coding (under Famous.ai). We now need a capable partner to: Finalize development, attach all APIs, and polish UI/UX Build a multi-tenant SaaS structure for subscription sales Develop a new Nova Ads Engine for automated marketing About Nova AI Nova AI is an all-in-one automation system that gives SMB service owners the executive-level intelligence Fortune 500 companies have. It embeds a team of AI agents (CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CRO, Compliance Officer, Financial Analyst, etc.) into one platform, providing: Executive AI Agents that deliver daily strategic advice Scheduling + CRM + POS + EHR integrations Finance + Payroll automation with APIs to ADP, Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc. Daily/weekly/monthly business insights with action items Automated marketing & sales tools including ad creation and publishing What We Need Built & Finished Core SaaS Platform Finalize architecture (multi-tenant, role-based permissions, secure login) Attach and configure APIs for CRM, POS, payroll, finance, and EHR Build subscription + billing (Stripe/PayPal) Clean UI/UX dashboards for Owners, Managers, Staff Nova Ads Engine (New Module) Ad Intelligence: Integrate Meta Ad Library (where permitted), Google Ads API, and one licensed third-party ad intelligence API (e.g., AdSpy/BigSpy) to surface top-performing creative patterns. Auto-Creative: Auto-generate ad images and videos using Bannerbear/Creatomate (templates, dynamic rendering). Allow optional edits via Canva/Adobe Express. One-Click Approval & Publish: Inside Nova’s CRM, create a button for Managers/Owners to approve ads. On click, publish directly to Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API. Brand Safety + Compliance: Add content filters, policy checks, and audit logging before any ad goes live. Feedback Loop: Pull ad performance data (CTR, spend, conversions) back into Nova and auto-suggest optimizations. Security + Compliance HIPAA-ready design (important for medspa integrations) Encryption, access logging, and secure data handling Ideal Skills / Experience Proven experience building multi-tenant SaaS apps Strong with React/Next.js or Vue, Node.js/Python, Postgres/MySQL API integrations: Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, Stripe, ADP, Sage, Zoho, QuickBooks, CRM/POS/EHR tools Familiarity with ad-intelligence APIs (BigSpy/AdSpy/PowerAdSpy) Experience with auto-creative tools (Bannerbear, Creatomate, Canva, Adobe Express APIs) Knowledge of HIPAA compliance + secure coding Ability to ship production-ready SaaS, not just MVP demos Deliverables Fully functional Nova AI SaaS platform, production-ready Integrated Ads Engine with one-click publishing to Meta/Google Subscription management + billing Documentation for future scaling and maintenance Budget & Timeline Budget: Open (seeking quality + long-term partner) Timeline: 6–8 weeks for final build + launch How to Apply Please answer these questions in your proposal: Share examples of SaaS platforms you have built (live links if possible).
