The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in the smooth operation of our distribution center. This position includes tasks such as marking, induction, packing, sorting, splitting, and staging merchandise to ensure accurate and timely delivery to stores. Associates are expected to follow safety guidelines, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform marking duties: locate unmarked orders and correctly place tickets on each unit.
Induct merchandise onto tilt tray sorters, verifying quantities and using RF equipment.
Pack merchandise into cartons, label, tape, and move to shipping lines.
Sort items by size, color, type, and department as required.
Split merchandise from inbound cartons to outbound store cartons accurately.
Stage and move merchandise using conveyor systems, pallet jacks, and powered equipment as directed.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, adhering to 5S and company safety policies.
Cross-train across departments as needed to support operational demands.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Ability to work a Monday - Friday either a 5am or 6am Shift

Qualifications:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs consistently
Comfortable standing and walking on concrete floors for entire shifts
Experience with RF equipment or willingness to learn
Ability to read and follow instructions on electronic screens or printed tickets
Timely and reliable attendance
Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
Continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and handling objects
Ability to work safely around moving conveyors, sorters, and other equipment
Ability to see and interpret printed and electronic information
Comfortable performing repetitive motions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
