Project Overview I’m building a large-scale, realistic Washington D.C.–themed roleplay and emergency response game on Roblox called Capital City Online. The game is inspired by: Emergency Response: Liberty County Brookhaven Bloxburg The Sims The vision is a fully interactive D.C. city, with jobs ranging from teachers to White House staff to FBI agents to the President and Supreme Court Justices. The world includes police, federal courts, a justice system, custom housing, businesses, sports, and a full criminal justice pipeline. This is a long-term project with ambitious goals and continuous content updates. What We’re Looking For We are hiring multiple developers, including: 1. Roblox Scripters (High Priority) You should have experience with: Complex law enforcement systems Arrests, tasers, cuffs, traffic stops MDT systems (police computers) Job & career systems DataStores (persistent saving) UI programming Vehicle systems (sirens, lights, tuning) Court/judge tools Crime system (wanted, warrants, fines) Player interaction systems Bonus: Experience with ER:LC-style mechanics Optimization for large maps Anti-exploit systems 2. Builders / Environment Designers Needed for: White House interior U.S. Capitol interior Supreme Court building FBI Headquarters Metro Police HQ Suburbs & neighborhoods Schools & sports fields City streets, shops, businesses D.C. landmark-inspired architecture 3. Modelers Needed for: Police gear (tasers, cuffs, pepper spray) Law enforcement tools Firearms FBI vehicles & SUVs Furniture sets (for housing system) Prop assets for government buildings 4. UI / UX Designers Needed to create clean, modern interfaces: Police MDT Court judge tools Player phone UI Housing-building interface Inventory HUD elements Government tools 5. We are looking for: Long-term collaboration Consistent communication Milestone-based development Commitment to polished work Payment USD (preferred) via Upwork Hourly or fixed-milestone Rates negotiable based on skill High-skill developers will be paid accordingly.
