Hospice is specialized end of life care for those of any age facing any life-limiting illness providing physical, emotional and spiritual care to both patient and family and bereavement aftercare. Hospice care is provided in the patients home, nursing home, adult care facilities, group homes or hospital or at The Kaplan Family Hospice Residence. Hospice accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurances.
