I have a fairly straightforward 7-page job description/agreement with an independent contractor for my small business. Her boyfriend is in law school and has lawyer friends who are “advising her“ and have said that the contract isn’t legally enforceable. I’ve revised it from the original to address any issues, but before sending it back I want to make sure that it is fully correct and legally enforceable. Just looking for someone to review and let me know if there are any edits that need to be made to the language of the contract. Thanks!
