I am in the process of an asset acquisition from an existing business. The sale is occurring in Georgia. We have signed a letter of intent and the owner took the lead on developing an asset purchase agreement. I'd like a review to ensure that my interests are covered. I'm looking for a fairly short turnaround for feedback (3-4 business days); the APA including exhibits is 14 pages; and the LOI is 5 pages. APA and LOI will be provided upon hiring. Looking for someone with small business asset sale skills and experience with asset purchase agreements. My budget for this review is $300-$500. Thanks
