We’re an ecommerce growth agency looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to head our email marketing department. This isn’t a junior position. We’re looking for an expert who’s ready to take ownership, drive results, and lead strategy across multiple ecommerce brands. You'll be given a designer who will turn your visual ideas into a reality. About Us We work with ecommerce brands across various niches and scales, from funded startups to 8-figure businesses - fashion, beauty, health. Our mission is simple: help brands grow profitably through data-driven marketing. Email is a core part of our clients’ growth strategy, and we’re looking for someone who can own this channel end-to-end. What You’ll Do - Develop and execute complete Klaviyo email strategies for multiple ecommerce brands (flows + campaigns) - Plan and manage email + SMS calendars that align with promotions, launches, and retention goals - Build advanced segmentation and personalization strategies to improve open rates, CTR, and revenue per recipient - Continuously analyze performance metrics and optimize for deliverability, engagement, and ROI - Conduct A/B tests (subject lines, timing, design variations, etc.) to improve conversion rates - Collaborate with our creative designer (you won’t do design work yourself, but will brief and guide them) - Report on monthly performance and provide strategic recommendations for client accounts - Maintain best practices for email compliance, deliverability, and hygiene What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2+ years experience managing Klaviyo for ecommerce brands - Proven results in scaling email revenue for Shopify stores (ideally 6–8 figure stores) - Deep understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and lifecycle marketing - Confident in creating flows like: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, VIP, etc. - Strong analytical and copywriting instincts - knows how to tell a story and drive sales - Knows how to interpret data, spot trends, and pivot strategy - Strong English communication skills and attention to detail - Able to work independently - this is a Head of Department role, not a learning role Why Join Us - Work directly with brand operators and performance marketers, not just project managers - Long-term stability with consistent monthly pay - Competitive salary (based on experience and results) - Growth opportunities - we’re building this department around you and also will pay for consulting meetings with reputable email marketers in this space to help you up-skill further - Supportive environment with an assigned designer and access to our strategy team - Opportunity to work with multiple DTC brands and shape the future of their retention systems How to Apply - Submit an application through this form: forms.gle/EPYrXt9qVExqCm1i9
