The Role You Could Play We’re looking for an analytical and proactive Retail Supply & Consumables Analyst to join our Central Operations team at MECCA. In this role, you’ll ensure our stores are always equipped with the right supplies and consumables — from testers to packaging — by managing forecasts, analysing usage trends, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. You’ll play a key part in driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our retail supply chain operations. In this role you will: Manage and coordinate weekly tester, packaging, and consumable orders across stores. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Maintain accurate records and reporting on inventory, usage, and spend. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations. Provide support to stores via JIRA and drive proactive problem-solving for supply-related issues. What You Will Bring We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideally, you’ll have: Experience in retail operations, supply chain, procurement or replenishment. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data; SQL knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
