- What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with a Project Team Leader to restore residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, or mold.
- Learn the process of contents cleaning and structural restoration, gaining the skills needed to lead future projects.
- Remove debris and assist with site restoration, transforming damaged spaces back into safe, livable environments.
- Take care of equipment, restock supplies, and ensure every job site is ready for success.
- Deliver an outstanding service experience for clients who are counting on us during critical times.
- Take on additional responsibilities that prepare you for leadership.
- Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 months of construction, demolition, or cleaning experience preferred (we’ll provide extensive training).
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and procedural guidelines.
- A positive, adaptable attitude with the drive to grow into a leadership role.
