Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient seating arrangements. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, making it essential for creating a positive dining atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the seating chart and ensure efficient table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about reservations and menu inquiries.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Handle guest relations with care, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host/Host or in food service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations principles is essential.
