Key Responsibilities

• - Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• - Verify that dishes are prepared according to quality standards and presentation guidelines
• - Organize and prioritize orders to optimize workflow and reduce wait times
• - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to address any order discrepancies or special requests
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expeditor station
• - Assist in resolving customer concerns related to food quality or timing
• - Support team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment

Skills and Qualifications

• - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
• - Must have Food Handlers and TABC certification
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
