- Position: Full-time. Typical evening hours between 1:00pm-11:00pm, will include weekend and holiday shifts.
- Salary: $21- $23 per hour; dependent on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
- * Direct and maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for youth ages 10-17 in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment program.
- * Provide direct supervision and training to designated residential staff.
- * Attend and participate in designated team meetings, in-service training, and crisis intervention.
- * Perform the duties associated with the Residential Shift Coordinator job description.
Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or post-secondary education and a minimum of one year experience working with children; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- * Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks for criminal convictions, behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
- * Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
- * Requires active auto-insurance, a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
