About THIS OPPORTUNITY

  • As our Member Liaison, you will be the face of our company to the members. Your primary focus is fostering clear communication and leveraging your relationship and organizational skills to ensure member customer satisfaction. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful interaction, and long-term relationships—ideal for a customer service professional interested in shaping a caring and responsive environment.
  • This Member Liaison role requires the demonstrated ability to personally communicate genuinely and effectively, resourcefulness, a professional appearance, patience, and tact in all guest interactions. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Senior Project Manager, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for members—providing updates, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring their comfort
  • • Deliver outstanding customer service—responding promptly, conveying empathy, and representing our brand with professionalism in person and digitally
  • • Create and deliver member notices, deliver them in person or via preferred communication methods, and maintain clear, concise documentation
  • • Efficiently document and escalate problems that arise due to member and client concerns, inclement weather, emergencies, or other issues
  • • Maintain, foster, and develop productive relationships including with co-workers, other departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • • Identify and recommend process improvements, ensuring improved quality and deliverables

Key Requirements

  • • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience in a residential environment
  • • Well-developed presentation and interpersonal skills
  • • Dependable full-time availability
  • • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • • A positive “no job is too big or too small” attitude
  • • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • • Must be able to regularly lift and carry 10-20 lbs., walk regularly, and climb steps occasionally
  • • High School degree or GED
  • PREFERRED CANDIDATES would have some proficiency with MS Office and/or Spanish.
  • Salary Range: $20 - $25 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
