Home has an existing balcony of approx. 100 square feet, which needs to be replaced due to wood damage. Looking for an experienced structural engineer who can create permit ready drawings and plans for a 300 square foot replacement balcony. The deliverables must be complete and include everything needed so that I can submit to my local California city to obtain a building permit. Are looking for a modern/contemporary design. Open to considering wood frame or steel frame structure. The balcony will attach to the house on one side and will use posts to support the structure on the other side.
