I am looking for a detail-oriented, long-term Virtual Assistant from India or the Philippines to help me collect a list of 200 small businesses in Southern Arizona (Tucson + Phoenix) that have outdated, slow, broken, or poorly designed websites. If you deliver high-quality work, I will hire you for ongoing batches of 500–1,000 leads at a time. This job requires simple online research, identifying bad or outdated websites, and entering the data into a Google Sheet. This is NOT a sales job. This is ONLY research + data entry. --- Target Location You will only research businesses in: Tucson, Arizona Phoenix, Arizona Surrounding Southern Arizona cities Industries to focus on: Home services Contractors / trades Auto services Real estate Local shops Medical offices Any business with an obviously outdated website --- Your Task (Google Sheet Required) For each business, you MUST provide: 1. Business Name 2. Website URL 3. Contact Email (required — no submission without email) 4. Industry 5. Screenshot of homepage (small thumbnail is fine) 6. 1–2 sentence description of why the website looks outdated Examples: “Old layout, no SSL, homepage not mobile responsive” “Very slow loading, text overlaps on mobile” “Broken images, outdated colors/design from early 2000s” --- Quality Standards (Important) I will reject: - Websites from outside Tucson/Phoenix - Fake or guessed email addresses - Duplicate businesses - Websites that are modern or acceptable - Missing screenshots - Notes that say “outdated” with no explanation This job is only for freelancers who take pride in accuracy and detail. --- Budget $25–$40 fixed price (You will be rehired for ongoing work if you perform well.)
