Now, we’re looking for a Research Associate to join our team and play a vital role in gathering and maintaining the data that fuels our industry-leading insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data collection and research, including the use of primary and secondary sources, to compile accurate information about senior housing properties and construction projects.
• Work closely with other team members to discuss findings, draw conclusions, and validate data accuracy.
• Manage lead information, initiate contact with companies, and update construction data in our systems.
• Perform audits and monitor company websites to identify new construction activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of data for quarterly reporting and upload information to internal systems.

We Are Looking For:

• Detail-Oriented Individuals: You have a keen eye for detail and can gather and evaluate facts accurately.
• Problem-Solvers: You excel at defining problems, collecting data, and making valid conclusions.
• Team Players: You enjoy collaborating with others and can work independently when needed.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is essential.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in data research or a similar role.
• Limited travel (1-2 times per year).
• Ability to work remotely, with company-provided equipment.

• Work Environment: This is a remote position that may involve long periods of computer use and lifting up to 25 lbs.
